Nationwide Payments has moved our website to a new web server. This change will require all Sales Professionals to reset your password when you log into the website.
Instructions on how to reset your password:
- Click 'FORGOT PASSWORD' link
- Enter the email address you currently use to access the agent portal
- A link will be sent to that email address (if you don't see it please check your spam folder)
- Click on that link and enter your new password
- Log into the site with your email and new password
* THIS IS ONLY TO RESET YOUR AGENT LOGIN PASSWORD. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE OR AFFECT YOUR WEB REPORTING PASSWORD.
